My story

From the listing side to your side of the table.

  1. February 2022

    Where it started

I began my career in February 2022 alongside Paul Zammit, one of Thornhill's most successful listing agents. It was the peak of the market. Homes sold in days, offer nights were packed, and every listing had to be executed perfectly. Together we took 55 listings from the first appointment all the way to closing.

  2. The listing years

    Every step, hands on

I was there for all of it. The listing appointment and the first walkthrough. The prep work that got each home ready, then the staging, the photos and the marketing. Setting up the systems that ran our showings and kept our sellers informed at every step. Choosing the right pricing strategy for each home, getting it sold, and handling everything between sold and closing.

That gave me something most new agents never get: a front row seat to what actually makes a home sell.

  3. What it taught me

    How homes are really valued

The listing side teaches you to read a home completely. I learned how a house works from foundation to roof, and what each system costs when it fails. I learned why two similar homes a few streets apart sell for different prices. I learned how pricing strategy shapes a result, how the wider economy moves every market in the GTA, and how my own pocket of Thornhill, from Dufferin to Woodbine and Steeles to Highway 7, behaves street by street.

I've studied the historical data and followed the market every day since 2022. If you want to talk about the market, I'm always ready.

  4. 2026

Now, on your side of the table

Today I take everything I learned as a listing agent and use it to help my buyers thrive in this market. In 2026 alone I've completed more than 1,000 appointments, over 800 of them buyer showings.

When I walk through a home with you, I treat it as if I were buying it myself, and I look out for you from every angle. And when it's time to sell, you get the same system that sold 55 homes.

  5. Every day

    Integrity at the centre

My focus is simple: deliver the best possible result for your real estate goals. That means honest advice, even when it isn't what you hoped to hear. It means constant, open communication, so you're never left guessing. And it means a trusted team of professionals behind you, from contractors and stagers to lawyers and mortgage specialists.

Most of my days start early with training, then focused work. I bring the same consistency to your deal that I bring to the gym and the running trail.
